The Black Thunder Powder Eyeliner comes double-ended with a brush for softening the edges or colour layering. The finish is velvety matte which lasts up to 12 hours and is water resistant. Versatile, classic lines and can be used wet or dry.

Best use:
How to use: Apply directly to the upper lid line in small soft strokes. Can use a brush to soften or build up as necessary.
